Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

2. Shipping Time

Once processed and dispatched, standard shipping transit time is 5–7 business days for most locations in India. Remote or difficult-to-access areas may require additional time.

3. Total Delivery Timeframe

The total estimated delivery time is up to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation. This includes order processing, dispatch, and transit. While most orders arrive sooner, the 15-day window accounts for potential courier delays, remote delivery locations, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery pin code, order weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. The applicable charges will be displayed prior to payment confirmation. No additional or hidden fees apply.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the shipment. You can use this number to track your order's status through the designated portal accessible via the link shared with you.

6. Delivery Delays

7. Change of Delivery Address

Requests to modify the shipping address will be accommodated only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact support immediately for assistance. Once an order is dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional shipping fees.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. If a pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout. Delivery to certain remote locations may extend the total delivery timeframe by 2–3 additional business days.

9. Force Majeure

Bolt.Earth shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, public health emergencies, or carrier service disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such delays.
